Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
Euclidia is built for teachers, who do the most important work for some of the worst pay. Every product we make exists for one reason. We want to give you your time back.
We price our products strictly for teacher budgets, not district budgets. We build in good faith, and we ask that you use our work the same way. The terms below are written to protect that relationship, not to bury you in legalese.
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Euclidia product, including lesson plan resources, the Lesson Generator, Euclidia Outreach, and Euclidia Quiz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
2. Products Covered
These terms apply to all Euclidia products, including:
- Euclidia lesson plan resources: downloadable PDF lesson bundles sold through euclidiamath.com and Teachers Pay Teachers
- Lesson Generator: a web-based tool that generates custom lesson plan bundles from any Common Core standard, purchased as one-time credit bundles
- Euclidia Outreach: a web-based teacher gradebook outreach tool you use in your browser, offered as a subscription
- Euclidia Quiz: a web-based tool that builds verified math quizzes and pushes them to your Canvas course, offered as a subscription
3. License for Lesson Plan Resources
When you purchase a lesson plan resource, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use it in your own classroom. You may print and distribute copies to your students and modify editable versions for your classroom needs.
Please do not resell, redistribute, or post the files publicly. These resources are priced for individual teachers. Sharing them freely undermines the mission that keeps prices low for everyone.
4. License for the Lesson Generator
Lesson Generator credits are purchased as one-time bundles and never expire. Each credit generates one complete lesson bundle, including a lesson plan, worksheet, and answer key.
Generated bundles are licensed for personal classroom use under the same terms as our pre-made resources. You may print, distribute to your students, and modify the output freely. You may not resell or redistribute generated bundles as your own commercial product.
Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire and will remain available in your account as long as the Lesson Generator service is active.
5. License for Euclidia Outreach
Your Euclidia Outreach subscription is a personal license for your own use as an educator. We build and price this tool for individual teachers, and every subscription is what keeps it funded, maintained, and improving for everyone.
6. License for Euclidia Quiz
Your Euclidia Quiz subscription is a personal license for your own use as an educator. The quizzes you build are yours to use in your own classroom on your Canvas course. You may not resell or redistribute the app, your subscription access, or bulk-extracted question banks as your own commercial product.
One-click push to Canvas is optional. If you choose to use it, you are responsible for providing your own Canvas API token, ensuring it has the necessary permissions in your Canvas account, and complying with your school or district's Canvas use policies. Pushing quizzes to a Canvas course requires teacher-level access to that course; Euclidia Quiz does not grant you access you do not already have. If you instead use the QTI download or the Word doc export, no Canvas connection is needed. You remain responsible for the quizzes you publish to your students, regardless of which delivery method you pick.
Math correctness: Euclidia Quiz problems come from our in-house verified math content library, not from AI. We work hard to keep the content correct, and every topic is tested before release and audited regularly. That said, we are human and software has bugs. We do not warrant that every question will be free of typos, edge-case errors, or unconventional answer formatting. You are the teacher of record: please review each quiz before publishing it to your students, just as you would review a quiz from any other source. If you find a question where the math is genuinely wrong, email us at euclidiamath@gmail.com and we will fix it fast.
Free-trial terms: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Stripe collects your card at signup (their subscription model requires it) but it is not charged until the trial ends. Euclidia itself never sees or stores your card. You can cancel anytime during the trial through your Stripe billing portal, and you will not be charged. We do not extend trials on a per-account basis if you sign up multiple times.
7. Pricing Philosophy
Euclidia products are priced strictly for teacher budgets. Pre-made lesson bundles start at $2.25. Euclidia Outreach is a subscription, billed at $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Euclidia Quiz is a subscription, billed at $6.99 per month or $59.99 per year. The Lesson Generator is in pre-launch; pricing will be published when it goes live (planned: credit bundles starting at $1.99, dropping to $0.90 on larger purchases). These terms apply once the Lesson Generator is live; no Lesson Generator purchases are currently accepted.
Premium formatting, high-level math, and tools that save you hours every week should not be a luxury. That is not a marketing line. It is the actual reason these products exist at these prices.
Prices are subject to change for new purchases but will not change retroactively for existing purchasers or unused credits already purchased.
We may grant complimentary access at our discretion to specific accounts for product evaluation, support, journalism, or testing. Complimentary access does not include any obligation to continue providing the service free of charge and may be revoked at any time.
8. Refund Policy
We want every teacher to be genuinely happy with their purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. But we are a real person, not a faceless corporation, and we treat every case that way.
If a lesson plan resource is not what you expected, reach out. If Euclidia Outreach or Euclidia Quiz has a technical issue we cannot resolve, we will work with you directly.
Subscription cancellations. You can cancel your Euclidia Quiz or Euclidia Outreach subscription at any time from your Stripe billing portal (the same link sent in your purchase receipt). Cancellation is immediate at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until the period ends and are not billed again.
Subscription refunds. Refunds for unused time within the first 14 days of a new subscription are evaluated case by case. Stripe's billing portal does not issue refunds directly; email us at euclidiamath@gmail.com with your account email and we will respond promptly. Lesson Generator credits that have not been used may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase once the Lesson Generator is live.
9. Updates to Our Subscription Products
Your Euclidia Outreach and Euclidia Quiz subscriptions include all updates and improvements at no additional charge for as long as your subscription is active. You may cancel either at any time, and your access continues through the end of your current billing period. We build this software as a fellow teacher. When we improve it, you get those improvements.
10. Student Data and FERPA
Euclidia Outreach is a web app that processes your data only while you are actively using it. We want to be completely clear about what that means. No student data is ever saved to a database, written to disk, or retained by Euclidia. None of it. When you upload a gradebook or roster, that information is held in memory only for the duration of your session. The moment you close the tab or sign out, it is permanently gone and no copy is kept anywhere. The application uses Google's Gmail API only to send emails from your own account, after you review and approve each message in the app. You remain in full control of your students' data at all times. We designed it this way on purpose.
Euclidia Quiz does not access student data at all. The app pushes quizzes you built to a Canvas course you specify, using a Canvas API token that you supply and that lives only in your own browser. Euclidia Quiz never reads your Canvas rosters, grades, or student submissions. There is no server-side database for student data because there is no student data being collected.
The Lesson Generator processes the Common Core standards and settings you enter to generate lesson content. No student data is ever entered into or processed by the Lesson Generator.
See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled across all products.
11. Disclaimer
Euclidia products are provided as-is. We make no guarantees that the software, Lesson Generator, or Quiz tool will be error-free or available without interruption. We are a small, teacher-run operation doing our best, and we stand behind our work. If something goes wrong, email us.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Euclidia's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products, including any consequences of quizzes you push to a Canvas course or emails you send through Euclidia Outreach.
13. Acceptable Use
Use Euclidia products as intended: to support great teaching and genuine communication with your own students and their families, consistent with applicable law and the professional standards you hold yourself to as an educator. Do not use Euclidia Quiz with a Canvas API token that is not your own, or to push quizzes to courses you do not have legitimate teacher access to.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Euclidia is operated from Idaho, and any dispute relating to these Terms or our products will be handled under Idaho law. This does not remove any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own state or country.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be at euclidiamath.com/terms.html. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
16. Contact
Questions, concerns, or feedback. We read every email. Reach us at euclidiamath@gmail.com.
