Three quick steps.

1

Build your roster

Export your class roster from Canvas, PowerSchool, or any LMS that exports a CSV. Run the Roster Builder once at the start of term, or any time your roster changes.

One time setup
2

Upload your gradebook

Export your gradebook as a CSV from Canvas, PowerSchool, or your LMS. Sign in and upload. The app auto-detects your columns and identifies every student who needs attention based on the thresholds you set.

About 1 minute
3

Send from your inbox

Outreach generates warm, personalized emails for every flagged student. Review and edit each one in the app, then click Send. Emails go through your Gmail account with parents CC'd, and each one lands in your Sent folder.

About 8 minutes

Three tools, one sign-in.

Roster Builder

Build your student and parent contact list from your LMS roster export. Works with Canvas, PowerSchool, and any system that exports a CSV. Run once per term and reuse it all year.

Gradebook Outreach

Upload your gradebook, generate personalized emails for every student who needs attention, review each one, then click Send. Emails go through your Gmail account with parents CC'd. About ten minutes a week.

Broadcast

Send a progress note to your whole class, sorted into four tiers by current grade. Excellent students get an affirming note. On-track students get encouragement. Check-in students get a nudge. Struggling students get a direct, supportive ask. All from one upload.

Real teacher voice, not generic AI.

Every email is built from a library of phrases written by a math teacher. The app picks the right tone by severity, uplifting when a student is doing well, urgent when missing work or low scores pile up, standard otherwise. The exact phrasing rotates each week so the same student never gets the same opener two weeks in a row. No LLM. No "I hope this finds you well." No corporate fill.

Add up what your outreach
time actually costs.

Every grade check and parent follow-up you write by hand has a real dollar value. The question is how much of it you want back.

Your annual salary divided by the hours you actually work each week. Most teachers land between $18 and $35.

$28/hr

Writing emails, tracking missing work, notifying parents. Add it up honestly.

Your student data is never written to a database or saved to disk.

When you upload a gradebook or roster, that data is processed in memory only for the duration of your session. It is never written to a database, never saved to disk, and never retained after the session ends. The only data we persist on our side is your saved Settings (your name, course name, grading thresholds, closing note). No student names, grades, or emails are ever saved.

Most education tools collect and store far more student data than they need to. We did the opposite. Euclidia Outreach holds none of it, so there is no database of student records to leak, sell, or breach. FERPA exists to keep schools in control of student data. Our design keeps that control with you, the teacher, by never holding the data in the first place.
